Virtuo Employee Welcome Booklet

I designed an onboarding booklet that introduces new employees to Virtuo's culture, values, and ways of working. Rather than creating a traditional employee handbook, the goal was to deliver an experience that feels warm, modern, and distinctly on-brand. Through bold typography, editorial-inspired layouts, custom illustrations, and thoughtful pacing, the booklet guides new hires from their first day through to understanding the company mission, culture, and expectations.

The result is an engaging onboarding experience that transforms essential information into a beautifully designed publication, helping new team members feel informed, inspired, and connected from day one.
